Eligibility and prerequisites

• A valid and active mobile number is required for OTP verification.
• A valid and active email ID is required for OTP verification and future communication.
• Candidates who appeared for PET 2025 may register using their PET 2025 Registration Number instead of a fresh registration.
• All personal, educational, and contact details should be ready before starting the form, as they must exactly match official documents (e.g., Class 10 certificate and Aadhaar card).

• OTR facility launch/registration start date: 14 July 2026
• PET 2025 Registration Number-based OTR: Available from 14 July 2026

Fees

• UPSSSC OTR is completely free of cost for all candidates.

Important Instructions

• Each candidate is permitted only one OTR number. Multiple registrations can lead to cancellation of candidature.
• All entered information must be accurate and must match official records; false information can lead to rejection.
• No modifications are allowed after final submission; review details carefully before submitting.
• The registered mobile number and email ID must remain active throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidates are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential; the Commission is not responsible for misuse of an OTR ID.
• OTR is mandatory for applying to any future UPSSSC examinations.
• Signatures in capital letters in English are invalid; the candidate's name must be handwritten in Hindi below the signature.
• The OTR process is completely free; do not pay for registration assistance.
