Primary Level Eligibility

• Candidates must have Intermediate Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).
• Alternatively, Intermediate Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
• Intermediate Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
• Intermediate Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
• A Graduation Degree (or equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./DELED).
• Shiksha Mitra who passed Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from IGNOU are also eligible.

Junior Level Eligibility

• Candidates must have a Graduation Degree (or equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).
• Alternatively, a Graduation Degree (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri (Regular)).
• A Graduation Degree (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/L.T./Shiksha Shastri (Regular)), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations.
• Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
• A Graduation Degree (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education).
• At least 50% marks either in Graduation or Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

Note: The minimum percentage of marks in Graduation shall not be applicable to those incumbents who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course prior to July 29, 2011. For more details, kindly read the official notification.

For Paper I OR Paper II Only: General / OBC / EWS: 1300/-, SC / ST: 700/-. For Both Paper (Junior / Primary): General / OBC / EWS: 1500/-, SC / ST: 800/-. Payment can be made online through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

The UTET Application Form 2024 notification has been released. Candidates should read the notification carefully before applying. When applying, candidates must fill in all columns accurately, including name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, address, and qualification details. If uploads are required, ensure all documents are in the correct size and format (PDF or JPEG). Before submitting the form, re-check all columns and documents for accuracy. After submission, print or save a PDF copy for future reference. The exam date for UTET 2024 is October 26, 2024. Admit cards are expected in September/October 2024. The result release date will be notified soon. The eligibility for UTET 2024 is Primary Level and Junior Level. The syllabus is available in the advertisement/notification. Then, take a printout for future reference.
