• The applicant must be a citizen of India.

Work Experience

• Prior work with Vijayapura Mahanagara Palike as Pourakarmika, Loader, UGDS Health Worker, Cleaner, or Health Worker on outsourcing/daily-wage/contract basis for at least one year prior to the notification date.

Other Conditions

• Must be mentally and physically fit for duties.
• Those medically unfit will be disqualified.
• Preference for candidates with hands-on local field experience in waste management, public toilet operations, and zero-waste management.
• Knowledge of Kannada is required.
• Not involved in any criminal case and not dismissed for disciplinary reasons.
• Not a student.
• Reservation benefits under SC/ST/OBC or other backward classes are not mentioned in this notification.

Document Requirements at Application

• Salary bank statements, ESI and EPF statements or attendance records for those who previously held higher-grade posts.
• Service certificate from the competent authority.
