Age Details

• Law Officer Gr.I & Assistant Director (Research): Maximum age 30 years. Relaxations as per rules: SC/ST 15 years, OBC 13 years, Persons with Disabilities 10 years (additional for SC/ST/OBC), Ex-serviceman 5 years, VOC Port Authority employees up to 55 years.
• Fire Cum Assistant Safety Officer: Minimum age 30 years; maximum age 45 years. Relaxations as per rules: SC/ST 15 years, OBC 13 years, Persons with Disabilities 10 years (additional for SC/ST/OBC), Ex-serviceman 5 years, VOC Port Authority employees up to 55 years.

Eligibility Details

Law Officer Gr.I

• Degree in Law from a recognised university. Desirable: Two years of executive experience in the Legal Establishment of an industrial, commercial, or government undertaking.

Assistant Director (Research)

• Degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics from a recognised university or institution. Desirable: Two years of executive experience in data collection, compilation, and interpretation or in conducting field surveys and investigations. Knowledge of computer operations. Postgraduate degree/diploma in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Operational Research and related subjects from a recognised university.

Fire Cum Assistant Safety Officer

• Graduation with Institute of Fire Engineers (London) qualification or B.Sc. with Chemistry, or B.E. (Fire) recognized by AICTE. Should have completed Divisional Fire Officers' Course or Advanced Diploma Course at National Fire Service College, Nagpur. Possession of a Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence. Minimum 5 years of service in a fire service organisation in an industrial town in a rank not below Station Officer. Medical standards: height 168 cm, weight 50 kg, chest 81 cm with normal vision; color vision is essential and glasses are not permitted except for employees over 40. Knowledge of swimming.

• SC/ ST/ PwD candidates / VOCPA and other Major Port Authority Employees: Rs. 100 (Intimation Charges Only) + GST @ 18%
• All other candidates: Rs. 475 (Application fee including intimation charges) + GST @ 18%
