Age Details

Maximum age: 56 years (as on 30-11-2025). Relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and Ex-servicemen, and as per company policy for internal candidates.

Eligibility Details

• Degree from a recognized university and Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate matters including contracts and legal aspects
• At least 2 years of experience in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (IDA) or equivalent
• Desirable: Degree in Law (LLB)
