Eligibility Details

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree from a recognized university. MBA with specialization in Personnel Management.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of total experience in personnel management, recruitment, promotion, placement, development, manpower forecasting, industrial relations, policy planning, etc., in Public Sector Enterprises or Central Government organizations; at least 2 years in the grade of Rs. 80,000-220,000 (Revised IDA) or equivalent.

Desirable

• Postgraduate Degree, preferably in Social Sciences.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience in Central Government offices dealing with policy, procedures, planning, recruitment, disciplinary matters, etc. Good exposure to Government rules and regulations.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years total, with 2 years in the specified equivalent grade.
