Age Limits

• Sr. Geologist: Maximum 40 years as on 30/11/2025
• Geologist: Maximum 30 years as on 30/11/2025
• Age relaxation as per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen)

Educational Qualification

• Sr. Geologist: M.Sc in Geology or M.Sc in Engineering Geology, with relevant experience in Hydro Power/Pumped storage projects, Geological Mapping, Core Logging, AutoCAD, and Drilling Works supervision (minimum 5 years experience).
• Geologist: M.Sc in Geology or M.Sc in Engineering Geology, with minimum 2 years of experience in Hydro Power/Pumped storage projects, Geological Mapping, Core Logging, AutoCAD, and Drilling Works supervision.

Experience

• Sr. Geologist: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Geologist: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in the above domains as specified is preferred; exact requirements may be detailed in the official notification.
