Age Details

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years (including relaxation as per government norms)

Center Administrator

• Any woman with a Master's degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology, with at least 5 years of experience in women-related domains within an administrative setup with a government or non-government project/program. Preferably, at least 1 year of counseling experience and residence in the local community.

Case Worker

• Any woman with a Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology, with at least 3 years of experience in women-related domains within a government or non-government project/program. Residence in the local community is preferred.

Multipurpose Worker/Cook

• Literate with knowledge/experience in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent preferred.

Security Guard/Night Guard

• Passed 8th grade from a recognized board with at least 2 years of experience in security roles at district/state level. Preferably, retired military or paramilitary personnel.

Application Fees

• A one-time service fee will be payable. No additional salary allowances or ex-gratia payments will be provided.

• Fill the prescribed application form and attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
• Send the completed application by Registered Post or Courier to the District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Department, District Korea (Chhattisgarh).
• Last date for receipt of applications: 20 February 2026 by 5:00 PM.
• Incomplete or defective applications will be rejected.

Additional Instructions

• All posts are reserved for women only; male candidates are not eligible.
• Selection will be based on a scoring system considering educational qualifications, experience, and age seniority. Final selection will be by the District Collector.
• Candidates must be a native of Chhattisgarh (residence certificate required) and must provide caste certificates if applicable.
• Police background verification and medical examination are mandatory before appointment.
• An affidavit on confidentiality is required.
