Gender Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Sociology/Rural Development/Rural Management/LSW/Psychology/Women Studies
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in gender-based subjects with government or non-government organizations

Specialist in Financial Literacy

• Post-Graduate degree in Economics/Commerce
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in financial literacy/financial inclusion with government or non-government organizations

Accounts Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field with government or non-government organizations

Data Entry Operator

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting with government, non-government, or IT-based organizations

Multi-Purpose Staff

• 10th Class pass from any recognized board
