Age Details

• Manager and Warden: 25 to 45 years
• Care Taker and Security Guard: Minimum 25 years
• Candidates married before the minimum legal marriage age are not eligible

Eligibility Details

Manager

• Graduate in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology
• Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience related to women issues in government/non-government projects

Warden

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proficiency in computers and MS Office
• Preference for candidates with experience in women-related laws/policies/programs

Care Taker

• Higher Secondary / 10+2 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building caretaker / multi-purpose assistant roles

Security Guard / Chowkidar

• To be filled through outsourcing
• Minimum 2 years of security experience
• Preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel or women

All staff for Sakhi Niwas must be women only.
