Age Details

• General category: up to 40 years
• Other Backward Classes (2A/2B/3A/3B): up to 43 years
• SC/ST/Category-1: up to 45 years

Additional Relaxation

• One-time relaxation of 5 years for all candidates as per Government Order dated 29-01-2026 (up to 31-12-2027)
• Further relaxations for ex-servicemen and Persons with Disabilities as applicable

Typist (5 posts)

• Passed second PUC or a 3-year diploma or equivalent; and
• Passed the senior-grade typing examination in Kannada and English (or a commerce diploma/equivalent).

Typist Copyist (4 posts)

• Passed second PUC or a 3-year diploma or equivalent; and
• Passed the junior-grade typing examination in Kannada and English (or a commerce diploma/equivalent).

Process Server (9 posts)

• Passed SSLC or equivalent; and
• A valid LMV driving licence is preferred.

Peon (5 posts)

• Passed SSLC or equivalent; and
• Able to read and write Kannada.

Important Conditions and Instructions

• Online applications only; no offline submissions. A separate application is not allowed for the same post; only the last submitted application will be considered.
• Ensure scanned documents are legible in PDF format. Upload certificates as required.
• Local-cadre (371-J) eligibility certificates must be procured from the competent authority in the prescribed format.
• Rural/ Kannada-medium reservation certificates must be in Form-2; certificates obtained after the deadline will not be considered.
• Reservation certificates and caste documents must be submitted in the prescribed formats. Any discrepancy or false information may lead to cancellation or criminal liability.
