Eligibility Details

Principal

• Ph.D. in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline
• Professor/Associate Professor with at least 10 years of teaching/research experience
• Minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
• Research Score of 110
• Qualified in Law as per BCI Rules

Assistant Professor

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks or equivalent
• NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. exemption as per UGC Regulations
• Subject to BCI Rules of Legal Education, 2008
