Age Limits

• Maximum age: Not more than 50 years as on the last date for submission of application (1 October 2026).
• Gap since retirement: The period between retirement from the Armed Forces and the last date for submission of application must not exceed 6 years.
• Maximum age during extension: Any extension of the contract cannot extend the consultant beyond 55 years of age.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

Professional Qualification

• Basic ATC Course/ATM and AL (Basic) and GCA/ATSS Course

Experience

• Minimum 5 years (cumulative) of ATC duties, with at least 1 year of ATC duties at a Joint User Defence Airfield
