• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Tech / M.S. / M.E. in CSE / IT / EC / EE / ME with B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. and a valid GATE or CSIR-UGC NET qualification.
• Project Associate-I: B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent in CSE / IT / EC / EE / ME.

Candidates may hold either postgraduate qualifications (for JRF) or undergraduate qualifications (for PA-I) as stated above.
