Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 58 years for all posts. Age relaxation as per GoI rules for reserved categories may apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Professor: Medical - MBBS + PG qualification (MD/MS/DM/MCh) + 11-14 years of teaching/research experience; Non-medical - Master’s degree + PhD + 14 years experience.
• Additional Professor: Medical - MBBS + PG qualification (MD/MS/DM/MCh) + 7-10 years teaching/research experience; Non-medical - Master’s + PhD + 10 years experience.
• Associate Professor: Medical - MBBS + PG qualification (MD/MS/DM/MCh) + 3-6 years teaching/research experience; Non-medical - Master’s + PhD + 6 years experience.
• Assistant Professor: Medical - MBBS + PG qualification (MD/MS/DM/MCh) + 0-3 years teaching experience (depending on super-speciality course duration); Non-medical - Master’s + PhD + 6 years experience.
