• 12th pass in Science subjects.
• Two-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT).
• OR One-year DMLT with one year of relevant experience.
• OR Two years of field/laboratory experience in a Government-recognized organization.
• B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years of work experience.
