Age Limits

Project Research Scientist - I (Non-Medical)

• Essential: Postgraduate degree in Public Health or related field (including integrated PG degrees).
• Desired: MD in Community Medicine / MPH from a recognized university.
• Preferred: MBBS or BDS; experience in clinical and field-based research; ability to design data capture forms; data analysis using Stata/SPSS/R; proficiency in Marathi.

Project Technical Support - III (MSW)

• Essential: 3-year bachelor's degree in social work/sociology or related field, with three years of related experience, or a PG in social work/sociology; at least one year of research experience, preferably in Tuberculosis.
• Desired/Preferred: familiarity with NTEP programs; experience in project management and sample collection; Marathi proficiency.

Project Technical Support - I (X-ray Technician)

• Essential: 10th + Diploma in radiology/radiography/image technology + two years of relevant experience OR 3-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with one year of relevant experience; experience operating portable X-ray equipment.
• Desired: experience with imaging software systems (PACS/RIS, DICOM); familiarity with radiography at field sites; Marathi proficiency.

Project Technical Support - I (Lab Technician)

• Essential: 10th + MLT/DMLT/Nursing or equivalent + two years’ experience in a relevant subject/field OR 3-year graduate degree in a relevant subject with one year of experience.
• Desired: Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Social Work / Nursing or a related field; experience in handling samples and serological assays; Marathi proficiency.

• These are tenure posts funded for a fixed duration and not regular AIIMS/ICMR positions.
• Appointment is temporary for one year; no permanent employment claims to ICMR or AIIMS Nagpur.
• One-month notice is required to resign; tenure ends automatically at project completion.
• No TA/DA for interviews; consolidated salary is the only allowance.
• Selection is by interview; if more than ten candidates, a preliminary written test may be conducted.
• The Principal Investigator reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month notice.
