Age Limit

The upper age limit is 45 years as on the last date of receipt of the application. Relaxations: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PwBD and Ex-servicemen categories have additional relaxations as applicable.

Educational Qualifications

• Postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB/Diploma) in the respective discipline from a recognized university/institute.
• For School of Public Health: MD/DNB in Community Medicine/PSM.
• For Dentistry: MDS in the concerned specialty.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must be Indian nationals.
• Age and other qualifications will be counted as on the date of interview.
• Only candidates who have been declared successful in their qualifying degree and who will be completing or are likely to complete their tenure on or before 31-08-2026 will be eligible.
• If the qualifying exam result is declared after the interview, the candidature will be canceled and no claim for selection will be considered.

Payment method: Online NEFT to the AIIMS Raipur account specified in the notification.

Instructions

• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
• No Objection Certificate from current employer is required if applicable for interview.
• Reservation as per Central Government rules; PwBD candidates have 4% horizontal reservation.
• The appointment is on a fixed tenure under the Residency Scheme and does not include Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, or related benefits.
• Canvassing will lead to disqualification. The candidate must be medically fit and verified by a Medical Board.
• Regularly check the AIIMS Raipur website for updates on shortlisting, written test/interview schedules, and admit cards; no separate notifications will be sent to individuals.
• The user should ensure submission only through the prescribed online method; other modes will not be accepted.
• Category certificates: OBC-NCL and EWS as per DoPT norms; SC/ST/OBC certificates must be in prescribed annexure formats issued by competent authorities.
• Candidates may be interviewed for Trauma & Emergency subject to willingness and interview scheduling.
