Age Limit

• Must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st January or 1st July preceding the last date for submission of applications.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Law from a recognized University, with a regular five-year integrated program after 10+2 or a regular 3-year LLB after 10+2, as applicable.
• The degree should have been completed within two years immediately preceding the notification date.
• Must not be pursuing any other regular course of study or occupation that would interfere with service.
• If enrolled as an Advocate, practice shall be suspended before joining and kept suspended during Law Clerk tenure.
