Age Details

• Below 40 years: No experience required
• 40 to 55 years: Generally 5 years of teaching experience (cumulative or in the last 10 years)
• Age relaxation as per rules

Eligibility Details

Posts and Qualifications

• PGT: Post Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks + B.Ed (NCTE recognized)
• TGT: Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks + B.Ed (NCTE recognized)
• PRT: Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks + B.El.Ed / 2-year D.El.Ed (NCTE recognized) or Bridge Course for existing B.Ed holders
• Librarian: B.Lib Science
• Clerk: Graduate with computer knowledge
• Lab Assistant: 10+2 with diploma
• Nurse: Diploma in Nursing with experience

General Provisions

• Proficiency in English and working knowledge of computers are mandatory.
• All vacancies are adhoc for the 2026-27 academic session.
• Separate applications for each category (PGT/TGT/PRT) are required.

Important Dates

• Last date to apply (APS Cantt & APS Shankar Vihar): 20-04-2026 (up to 2:00 PM)
• Last date to apply (APS Dhaula Kuan): 25-04-2026 (up to 2:00 PM)
• Interview dates: Tentatively the first week of May 2026

Application Fee

• Non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs 250, in favour of Army Public School, Delhi Cantt / Shankar Vihar (payable at Delhi).

Additional Instructions

• Download the application form from the respective school website, fill in block capitals, attach self-attested certificates and a Rs 250 DD, and submit the hard copy by hand or post.
• Separate forms must be submitted for each category. Applications received via email or without the DD will not be entertained.
• Candidates must ensure compliance with NCTE/CBSE/KV Sangathan/AWES guidelines before applying.
