Educational Qualification

• Young Candidates: Graduate with computer knowledge. Preference given to M.Sc(IT)/BE(IT)/MCA/MBA.
• Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers up to Chief Manager rank OR Retired BoB clerks with JAIIB and a good track record.

Salary/Stipend

• Fixed Component: ₹15,000 per month
• Variable Component: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
• Conveyance: ₹4,000 per month
• Mobile Expenses: ₹200 per month (Fixed)

Selection Process

• Interview by a committee headed by the Regional Head.
