Age Relaxation and Notes

• Age limits are as of 1 June 2026 and vary by post. For reserved categories, age relaxations apply only where roster points exist.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline, plus a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma with specialization in Finance (or its equivalent), OR a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CS, or CFA.

Age & Experience (across posts)

• Manager - Credit Analyst: 25-30 years; minimum 3 years in Credit in banks/NBFCs.
• Senior Manager - Credit Analyst: 28-35 years; minimum 6 years in Credit in Banks/Financial Institutions.
• Chief Manager - Credit Analyst: 32-42 years; minimum 8 years in Banks/Financial Institutions with 5 years in Credit appraisal/processing.
• Senior Manager - C&IC Relationship: 28-35 years; minimum 6 years in Banks/Financial Institutions (including 2 years handling MSME/Mid/Large Corporate Credit).
• Chief Manager - C&IC Relationship: 32-42 years; minimum 8 years in Banks/Financial Institutions (including 3 years handling MSME/Mid/Large Corporate Credit).

Nationality / Posting

• Indian citizens or eligible categories as per govt rules; willing to serve anywhere in India.

Application Fee

• General, EWS & OBC: ₹850 (plus payment gateway charges)
• SC, ST, PWD, ESM/DESM & Women: ₹175 (plus payment gateway charges)

Fees are payable online and are non-refundable.

Selection Process

• Online test (if conducted), psychometric assessment, and interview. Weightage and stages may be adjusted by the bank.

Important Conditions

• The CIBIL score criterion: minimum 680 at joining is required for this recruitment.
• A 3-year service bond with a ₹5 lakh financial obligation may apply.
• Work experience rules: time spent in clerical roles and experience less than 6 months may not count toward eligibility unless specified otherwise.
