• Stenographer Grade-III: +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized university, Diploma in Computer Application, Odia at M.E. Standard, Shorthand 80 wpm and Typewriting 40 wpm.
• Junior Typist: +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized university, Diploma in Computer Application, Odia at M.E. Standard, Typewriting 40 wpm in English.
• Salaried Amin: Matriculation or equivalent, Revenue Inspector Training, knowledge of computer, Odia at M.E. Standard.
