Educational Qualifications

Important DV Instructions

• Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Dress formally; avoid casual clothes.
• Organize documents in the specified order in a transparent file folder.
• Self-attest all photocopies; original certificates will be returned after verification.
• Do not submit originals through any representative; candidates must appear in person.
• Carry at least two government-issued photo ID proofs.
• If there are discrepancies in name or date of birth across certificates, carry an affidavit explaining the differences.
• If final degree certificates are not available, carry a provisional certificate with an undertaking to submit the original later.
• Monitor the official website for updates or changes in schedule.

Documents Required for DV (Originals + self-attested photocopies)

• Educational certificates: 10th, 12th, degree/diploma, provisional certificate, course completion, PG certificates (if applicable)
• Identity proofs: Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License (as applicable)
• Caste/Reservation: Caste certificate, EWS certificate, Creamy Layer certificate, Disability certificate, Ex-Serviceman certificate (as applicable)
• Experience & other certificates: work experience certificates, relieving letters, NOC, character certificate, medical fitness certificate (if required)
• Domicile & residence proof: domicile certificate, residence/address proof, ration card (as applicable)
• Other: recent passport-size photographs (10-15), DV schedule call letter/admit card (if issued), application form printout with registration number, birth certificate

Note: Carry all documents in a transparent file folder. Ensure all photocopies are self-attested. Original certificates will be verified and returned on the same day.

What Happens After DV?

1. Document scrutiny for authenticity and eligibility.
2. Medical examination (if applicable).
3. Merit list preparation.
4. Final selection and appointment letter issuance.
5. Training period as required by the organization.

Common DV Disqualification Reasons

• Name spelling discrepancies across certificates
• Different dates of birth on proofs
• Fake or forged certificates
