Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 42 years (as per category relaxations: unreserved male up to 37 years; unreserved female up to 40 years; backward/extremely backward up to 40 years; SC/ST up to 42 years).

Eligibility Details

Educational Qualification

• Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board/institute. Note: For the Stenographer post, Maulvi certificate, ITI (two-year NCVT/SCVT), and Polytechnic (three-year diploma) will be considered equivalent to Intermediate.

Technical Qualification

• Knowledge of shorthand in Hindi and English and computer typing/computer basics/word processing is mandatory.

Application Fee

• 100/- (one hundred rupees) for all candidates.

Other Instructions

• Candidates are not required to send a hard copy of the application or documents to the Commission office. If any hard copy is submitted, it will not be admissible.

• Preference will be given in regular appointment to contractually appointed employees on similar posts, as per the governing memos.
• The syllabus for the written examination includes General Studies, General Science and Mathematics, and Mental Ability Test. The examination will be followed by a Practical Test (Shorthand and Typing) and a merit list will be prepared based on written, practical, and contractual preference marks.
• Debarred candidates are not eligible to participate. Final eligibility decisions rest with the Commission.
