Educational Qualifications & Experience (Post-wise)

• Head of Department: Ph.D. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Technology/Design with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level; minimum 12 years of teaching/research/industry experience in Bamboo or 15 years total experience with relevant roles, OR Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with at least 15 years’ experience including at least 3 years at Lecturer level (Selection Grade-II) as per AICTE norms where applicable.
• Visiting Faculty (Basic Science & Mathematics): Bachelor’s or Master’s with First Class in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics; at least 5 years’ experience in teaching/research/industry. Preference to eminent academicians, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, or retired government officers with Bamboo Technology expertise.
• Visiting Faculty (English): Bachelor’s or Master’s with First Class English; at least 5 years’ teaching/research/industry experience. Preference to eminent academicians, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, or retired government officers with Bamboo Technology expertise.
• IT Coordinator: B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience.
• PRO / Training & Placement Officer: Any graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in HR, Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication and minimum 3 years’ experience in PR, Training & Placement, or Industry Liaison.
• Junior Accountant / Office Assistant: B.Com with knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, MS Office and government accounting procedures; minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Laboratory Technician: Diploma in Bamboo Technology with minimum 2 years’ laboratory/industry/teaching experience in bamboo, or any diploma with 10 years’ Bamboo experience.
• Librarian: B.Lib./M.Lib. with knowledge of library automation software and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Assistant Course Head: Bachelor’s (minimum four years) and preferably Master’s in relevant discipline; teaching/industrial Bamboo Technology experience desirable.
• Supervisor (CFC): Graduate in any discipline (MSW/MBA preferred) with minimum 5 years’ experience in administration or project coordination.
• Assistant Machine Supervisor: Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in bamboo machinery and workshop operations.
• Designer / Handicraft Supervisor: Master’s in Design/Fine Arts/Handicrafts/Product Design or equivalent with 3 years’ bamboo handicraft or product development experience; or Bachelor’s in Design/Fine Arts with 6 years’ relevant experience.
• Bamboo Maintenance Engineer: Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Technology or Architect with at least 5 years’ bamboo construction/maintenance experience; Structural Engineer preferred.
• Civil Engineer: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction and project execution.
• Electrical Engineer: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and safety systems.
• Girls Hostel Warden: Female graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in hostel administration or student affairs; relaxation possible for ex-servicemen/retired government personnel as per rules.
• Boys Hostel Warden: Male graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in hostel administration or student affairs; relaxation possible for ex-servicemen/retired government personnel as per rules.
• Nursery Supervisor: B.Sc./Diploma in Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or Bamboo Technology; Diploma holders require at least 4 years’ nursery management and bamboo cultivation experience.
