Eligibility Details

Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any stream from a recognized University.
• Minimum 6 months of computer diploma/certificate from a government-recognized institute.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS-Office, Internet, etc.).

Office Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any stream from a recognized University.
• Minimum 6 months of computer diploma/certificate from a government-recognized institute.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS-Office, Internet, etc.).
• Desirable: English typing speed 35 wpm (10500 KDPH with average 5 key depressions per word) and experience in a higher educational institution.

Common Requirements

• Both posts require relevant computer proficiency and are based on merit from Phase II/III assessments.

• Applications must be submitted online via the SAMARTH portal; hardcopy with fee receipt must reach within the stipulated dates.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) may apply if at least 40% disability and only those with qualifying eligibility are considered for reservation.
• Government employees must upload a service certificate; NOC may be required for pay protection/continuation.
