Age Details

• Minimum age: 21 years.

Eligibility Details

Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce (or any stream) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Government-recognized institute.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, etc.

Office Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce (or any stream) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Government-recognized institute.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, etc.
• Desirable: English typing speed of 35 wpm and experience in a higher educational institution.

Common to Both Posts

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Internet, etc.).

• Last Date of Receipt of Hardcopy of Online Applications: 19-01-2026

Note: Fee payment must be deposited to the designated university bank account and the receipt submitted with the hardcopy of the application.

Additional Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online via the SAMARTH portal; a hardcopy with fee receipt must reach the Registrar by the deadline.
• Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.
• PWBD candidates may apply as per government norms; only those with at least 40% disability are eligible for reservation and relaxations.
• Government employees must upload service certificates; No Objection Certificates may be required for pay protection/continuation. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
