Eligibility Criteria

Private Secretary

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, OR five years of regular service in pay level-6 as Stenographer Grade-I.

Stenographer Grade-I

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, OR ten years of regular service in pay level-4 as Stenographer Grade-II.

Accountant

• Officers working under Central Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies/State Govt./PSUs, holding an analogous post on a regular basis and having experience in cash, accounts, and budget work, OR three years of regular service in a post in Pay Level-6 with experience in cash, accounts, and budget work, OR working in any of the Organized Accounts Departments as Accountant/Jr. Accountant in Pay Level-6 with three years of regular service.

Upper Division Clerk

• Officers of the Central Government holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR eight years of regular service as Lower Division Clerk in Pay Level-2 or equivalent.
