  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Degree of a recognized university or equivalent; at least three years’ experience in correspondence work in government or public sector undertakings; thorough knowledge of office routine, rules, and regulations.
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university; typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi or Tamil on computer.
