CEE Kerala 3 Year LLB Allotment 2026: CAP Option Registration, Fee & Important Dates

Age

There is no specified minimum or maximum age mentioned for the Three Year LLB programme in the official release.

Eligibility

The 3-Year LL.B. program requires possession of a qualifying graduation degree. Applicants must have appeared for KLEE and be listed in the official rank list for admissions through CAP/SWS.

Important Dates

• Provisional Rank List: 14 July 2026 (already published)
• Final Rank List: 27 July 2026
• Final Category List: 6 August 2026
• Option Registration Begins: 7 August 2026
• Option Registration Ends: 12 August 2026, 11:59 PM
• Seat Allotment: To be announced after option registration closes

Application/Option Registration Fee

• General category: Rs. 1,000
• SC/ST/OEC category: Rs. 500
• Candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, and Sreechithra Home: Rs. 500

Notes:

• The fee must be paid online before registering options.
• The registration fee is non-refundable if an allotment is not obtained. If an allotment is obtained but the candidate does not join, or later quits, the fee is non-refundable and treated as a penalty.

Important Instructions

• Do not send printouts of applications or option pages to the CEE office; online submission is the valid method.
• Only one online application per candidate is permitted for the Three Year LLB programme.
• Defect memos, if any, are issued via the Candidate Portal and SMS; no postal communications.
• Allotment of government merit seats in private self-financing colleges is subject to Government approval, university affiliation renewal, and Bar Council of India accreditation.
• New colleges may be added to the CAP list during the process subject to Government sanction and university affiliation.
• After payment of the option registration fee, it cannot be modified; review your category and details carefully before payment.
