Educational Qualifications

Counselor (FLC)

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Office, internet usage, and typing in the local language.

Experience and other preferences

• Retired/VRS options from Scale I & above of nationalized banks (including SBI and RRBs) are preferred.
• Ex-servicemen or others with banking knowledge and knowledge of financial services and IIBF certification may be considered.
• Should have an unblemished service record and must possess a service certificate from the previous employer.
• Experience as an Officer/permanent employee of 10 years is preferred.
