Eligibility Details

Deputy Manager (Operations)/E-5

• Graduation in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. At least 13 years of post-qualification experience in banking or a related field, with at least 5 years in Grade E-4 (pay scale around ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000).

Assistant Manager (IT)/E-4

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with at least 50% marks. Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in software development, IT support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure.

Assistant Manager (Legal)/E-4

• LLB (3 or 5 year) with at least 50% marks. Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in legal research, corporate law, contract management, or legal compliance.

Assistant Manager (IT-BUDS)/E-4

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with at least 50% marks. Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in software development, IT support, or related areas.

Assistant Manager (HR & Training)/E-4

• MBA/PGDM in HR Management with at least 50% marks. Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in HR, training management, recruitment, and employee relations.

Assistant Manager (CKYC Operations)/E-4

• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in business operations or related areas.

AGM (SI Operations)/E-4

• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Minimum 11 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a bank branch.

Chief Manager (Risk & Compliance)/E-3

• Graduate with relevant post-graduate qualifications (MBA/PGDM in Finance, M.Tech, CA, CMA). Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management and related areas in banking or PSUs.

Chief Manager (IT)/E-3

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with at least 50% marks. Minimum 8 years of IT experience in a banking or PSU environment.

Senior Manager (IT- Data Privacy)/E-2

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech with at least 50% marks plus relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP-E/A, CIPM, DCPP, DCPLA). Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in data privacy in BFSI or IT. Knowledge of GDPR, DPDP Act, and related regulations required.

Senior Manager (IT- Digital Communication)/E-2

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech with at least 50% marks. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification IT experience in network administration and data center operations.

Manager (SI Operations)/E-1

• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in banking, with at least 2 years in branch operations and knowledge of SARFAESI rules.

Manager (Accounts & Admin)/E-1

• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in accounting, administration, or finance.

Manager (IS-SOC)/E-1

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field with at least 50% marks. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management.

Manager (CKYCR Operations)/E-1

• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in banking operations, with branch exposure.

Assistant Manager (PA to MD)/E-0

• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as Personal Assistant to MD/GM, preferably in Banks or PSUs.
