Age Limit

• General (UR) local residents: 18-35 years (with special relaxation of up to 5 years for CG locals; effective upper limit 35).
• Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) and other relaxations as per CG rules, with a maximum permissible age not exceeding 45 years after all relaxations.

Educational Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class XII) with Drawing (Rekha Chitra) as one of the subjects; OR an equivalent qualification recognized by the State Government for this purpose.
• All qualifications must be completed by the advertisement date.

Domicile

• Domicile resident of Chhattisgarh State as on the date of application. Domicile certificate must be produced at document verification.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Physical fitness as per medical guidelines.
• Any disqualifications under applicable law or rules apply.

Application Fee

• General: Rs. 350
• OBC: Rs. 250
• SC/ST/PwBD: Rs. 200

Note: Fee is paid online during application. Refunds are available only to CG domicile candidates who actually appear for the examination.

Important Instructions

• The appointment is purely temporary and can be terminated anytime as per terms of appointment. Posting can be in any district of Chhattisgarh.
• Eligibility is verified at document verification; ineligible candidates will be canceled at any stage.
• Candidates must carry original certificates and photo ID to the exam center.
• Only CG Vyapam conducts the examination; final appointments are made by the department after verification.
• Objections to model answers must be raised online within the stipulated period after key release; fee for objections is Rs. 50 per question.
• Jaipur/relaxation-related rules apply as per state government norms; jurisdiction for disputes lies with the Chhattisgarh authorities.
