Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 58 years as on 04 September 2026 (born on or after 05 September 1968).

Educational Qualifications

• Production & Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent; minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine equipment and systems.
• Production & Commissioning Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent; minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine electrical equipment and systems.
• Production & Commissioning Assistant (Mechanical): X Std. (10th pass); minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine equipment and systems.
• Production & Commissioning Assistant (Electrical): X Std. (10th pass); minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine electrical equipment and systems.
• Production & Commissioning Assistant (Electronics / Instrumentation & Controls): X Std. (10th pass); minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of marine electronic equipment and systems.

General Conditions

• The qualification must be from a University, Institute, or Examination Board recognized by AICTE or an appropriate statutory authority. Candidates with equivalent qualifications must submit an Equivalency Certificate issued by the competent authority. Post-qualification experience is reckoned as on 04 September 2026 and only experience gained after meeting the stipulated qualification is counted.

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS and other applicable categories: ₹300 (non-refundable, plus bank charges).
• SC / ST: Exempted from paying the fee.
• The fee must be paid online via the designated CSL portal between 17 August 2026 and 04 September 2026. No refund after submission.

Important Instructions

• Only Ex-Indian Navy and Ex-Indian Coast Guard personnel are eligible for these contractual vacancies.
• Applications must be submitted online via the SAP portal; no other mode will be accepted.
