Age Limit

• As on 01-01-2026: 18 to 32 years.
• Relaxations as per government rules for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen are applicable as notified.

SPA Qualification

• Graduate from a recognised University with speed of not less than 110 words per minute in Shorthand (English) and 40 words per minute in Typewriting (English) on Computer; strong computer knowledge.

PA Qualification

• Graduate from a recognised University with speed of not less than 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English) and 40 words per minute in Typewriting (English) on Computer; strong computer knowledge.

All qualifications must be from a Government-recognised University or institution. Separate applications must be submitted for SPA and PA along with the requisite fee for each post.

• Online applications commence: 15-09-2026 (1100 hours)
• Last date for online applications and fee payment: 05-10-2026 (2300 hours)
• Correction window: 12-10-2026 to 14-10-2026 (1100 hours to 2300 hours)

• Tier 1/Examination dates: To be announced on official website

Application Fee

• General / OBC-NCL / EWS: Rs. 1,500 + transaction charges
• SC / ST / PwBD: Rs. 1,300 + transaction charges

Payment can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Fees are non-refundable and not adjustable against any other examination. Separate fees are payable for SPA and PA.

Important Instructions

• No offline applications will be accepted.
• All candidates must meet the prescribed fee requirements; applications without fee will be rejected.
• The examination medium is English.
• Carry required documents and passport-size photographs as specified during online filing.
• The Delhi High Court reserves the right to alter vacancy numbers, modify the examination process, or fix minimum cut-offs without prior notice.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending any test or interview.
• Certification verification will be done at the Document Verification stage; fraudulent claims will lead to disqualification.
