Staff Nurse

• GNM diploma from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or West Bengal Nursing Council
• OR B.Sc Nursing
• Registration with West Bengal Nursing Council
• Proficiency in the local language

Laboratory Technician

• Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/AICTE
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)

Pharmacist

• Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (Allopathic) recognized by the Government of West Bengal
• Registered as 'A' category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council
• Proficiency in Bengali; computer skills (MS Office & Internet)
• Permanently resident of West Bengal

Community Health Assistant - Urban

• ANM/GNM course from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
• Registration with West Bengal Nursing Council
• Proficiency in Bengali; permanent resident of the district of application
