• Graduate degree: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/EI/ECE/ET/EEE with valid NET/GATE
• OR MSc in Electronics with NET
• OR ME/MTech in Electronics, Power Electronics, or Electrical Engineering with first-division marks (both graduate and post-graduate levels)

AGE LIMIT: Maximum 28 years with age relaxations as applicable for SC/ST/PH (5 years) and OBC (3 years).
