Eligibility Details

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - Mechanical Engg.: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg in 1st Division with NET/GATE OR ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engg in 1st Division (Graduate and Postgraduate levels).
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - Physics: Post Graduation in Physics in 1st Division with NET qualification.
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - Electronics & Communication Engg: BE/B.Tech in ECE/Electronics & Telecommunication in 1st Division with NET/GATE; OR ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engg in 1st Division (Graduate and Postgraduate levels).
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - Computer Science: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science in 1st Division with NET/GATE; OR ME/M.Tech in Computer Science in 1st Division (Graduate and Postgraduate levels).
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - Electrical Engg.: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engg in 1st Division with NET/GATE; OR ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engg in 1st Division (Graduate and Postgraduate levels).
• Research Associate (RA) - Metallurgy & Material Engg.: Ph.D or equivalent in Material Science/Metallurgy; OR Post Graduation in Material Science/Metallurgy with 3 years of research/teaching/design and development experience and at least one SCI-indexed publication.
• Research Associate (RA) - Physics: Ph.D or equivalent in Physics; OR Post Graduation in Physics with 3 years of research/teaching/design and development experience and at least one SCI-indexed publication.
