  • Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical Engineering): BE/B.Tech in First Division with a valid GATE score (2024, 2025 or 2026) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical & Automation Engineering, or Mechanical & Production Engineering; OR ME/M.Tech with First Division at both Graduate and Post-Graduate levels.
  • Junior Research Fellow (Electrical Engineering): BE/B.Tech in First Division with a valid GATE score (2024, 2025 or 2026) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power System Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Power Electronics Engineering; OR ME/M.Tech with First Division at both Graduate and Post-Graduate levels.

Age Limit

Maximum age: 28 years. Age relaxations as per government norms (5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for OBC).
