Age Limit

• Minimum age: 45 years

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Finance with a good academic record from a recognized university or institution. Alternatively, possession of a Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I. An additional Management/Professional degree from a reputed institution is preferred.
• Experience: 25 years post-educational experience. In private sector: at least 10 years in a comparable or one level below position with a minimum annual salary of Rs. 45 lakhs. In State/Central PSUs: minimum experience in relevant senior scales; for Central Govt. employees, experience at least at Level 13 per 7th Pay Commission. Internal candidates should have at least 20 years post-educational experience and at least 6 years in the rank of GM/CGM. Experience in Shipping, Ports, and Dredging sectors will be given due consideration.
• Other: On the date of application and interview, the candidate must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc).
