Age Limit

Minimum age: 18 years Maximum age: 42 years Age reckoning date: 01 July 2025

Educational Qualification

• General Duty Attendant (GDA) / MNO / FNO: SSC/10th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board
• Post Mortem Assistant: SSC/10th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board
• Office Subordinate: SSC/10th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board

If a candidate holds an equivalent qualification, include the relevant Government Order confirming equivalence with the application.

• Last date for submission of physical applications: 5:30 PM on 27/07/2026
• Age reckoning date: 01/07/2025
• Merit list validity: One year from the date of finalization

Application Fee

• General/OC candidates: Rs. 600
• SC/ST/BC candidates: Rs. 400
• PWD candidates: Exempted Note: Fee is payable via demand draft in favour of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Nandyal. Separate DDs are required for each post.

Important Instructions

• The engagements are on contract/outsourcing for an initial period of one year and may be extended as per government instructions. Services can be terminated with one month’s notice.
• If any certificate is found fake, the candidate’s services will be terminated and salary recovered.
• Selected candidates must reside at their bonafide headquarters and follow government rules.
• The Department reserves the right to cancel, alter, or modify the notification, including the number of posts, as per applicable Government orders. Application fee is non-refundable if the notification is cancelled.
• The department’s decision on acceptance/rejection of candidature and all stages of selection is final.
