Eligibility Details

Central Administrator

• Master’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology
• Minimum five years of experience in women-related domains in an administrative setup
• Preferably one year of counselling experience

Case Worker

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology
• Minimum three years of experience in women-related domains

Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer

• Degree in Law with legal training
• Minimum three years of experience in women-related projects or practicing lawyer with two years of litigation experience

Para Medical Personnel

• Professional degree/diploma in paramedics with health sector background
• Minimum three years of experience in health projects/programmes

Psycho-social Counsellor

• Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences with health background
• Preferably three years of experience in health projects/programmes

Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree with diploma in computers/IT
• Minimum three years of experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting, and videoconferencing

Multi-purpose Staff

• Literate with knowledge/experience in relevant domain; high school preferred

Security Guard/Night Guard

• Minimum two years of experience as a security guard in government or reputed organization; preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel
