Eligibility by Post

• Officer-in-Charge: Reserved for Retired Defence Services Officers; Graduate.
• Medical Specialist: MD/MS in specialty concerned or DNB.
• Medical Officer: MBBS.
• Lab Technician: BSc (Medical Lab Technology) or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution.
• Pharmacist: B Pharmacy or approved Diploma in Pharmacy; registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
• Dental Assistant: Diploma in Dental Hyg/H Class-1 DH/DORA course (Armed Forces).
• Chowkidar: Class 8th or GD trade for Armed Forces personnel with basic computer knowledge.
• Female Attendant: Literate with basic computer knowledge.
• Peon: Class 8 or GD trade for Armed Forces.

Experience

• Officer-in-Charge: Minimum 5 years in health care institutions or managerial positions.
• Medical Specialist: Minimum 3 years post-PG experience in the relevant specialty.
• Medical Officer: Minimum 3 years after internship; additional qualification in medicine/surgery preferred.
• Lab Technician: Minimum 3 years.
• Pharmacist: Minimum 3 years.
• Dental Assistant: Minimum 5 years.
• Female Attendant: Minimum 5 years in civil/Army health institutions.
• Peon: Minimum 5 years of work experience.

General Information / Instructions

• Engagement is contractual for one year, renewable for an additional period up to the maximum age, subject to performance and other conditions as per the post criteria.
