ESIC Ranchi Faculty Recruitment 2026 - 85 Teaching Faculty and Senior Resident Posts (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Resident)

Age Limit

Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 69 years Senior Resident (general departments): 45 years Senior Resident (Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine): 50 years Age relaxation as per Government of India norms. The maximum tenure is up to age 70, subject to other rules.

Educational Qualifications

Educational qualifications are in accordance with the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30 June 2025. Candidates must hold MBBS along with the relevant postgraduate/super-specialty qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) and an updated State/NMC Medical Registration for the post and department applied for. Department-specific eligibility is as per NMC teacher eligibility norms.

Other Requirements

The advertisement allows for contractual engagement in 25 departments; the Competent Authority reserves the right to amend the vacancy details. Detailed department-wise vacancy by category is provided in the official notification.
