ESIC Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for 47 Specialist and Senior Resident Posts (Baddi, Himachal Pradesh)

Age Details

• Specialist and Super Specialist: up to 69 years.
• Senior Resident (including against GDMO): up to 45 years.
• Age relaxations as per government rules for reserved categories.

Eligibility by Post

Specialist

• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty. <br>Age must be less than 69 years as on the date of interview.

Senior Resident

• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university. Non-PG candidates require 2 years of experience in the concerned department. <br>Age must not exceed 45 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per rules.

Super Specialist (Cardiology)

• Postgraduate qualification in the concerned specialty along with a DM/M.Ch in the super specialty, and registration with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council. <br>Age must not exceed 69 years.

Senior Resident (against GDMO)

• PG Degree/Diploma or MBBS Degree from a recognized university with at least 2 years of working experience in the same discipline. <br>Age must not exceed 45 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per rules.

Application Fees

There is no online application process for this walk-in interview. Please carry all required documents as listed in the interview requirements. (No separate application fee detail is applicable for walk-in).

Interview and Documentation

• Walk-in interview for Specialist, Super Specialist (Cardiology), and Senior Resident on 28 July 2026 at 10:00 AM.
• Venue: Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Katha, Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
• No separate online submission is required. Candidates must bring originals and one set of self-attested photocopies of certificates, plus two recent passport-size photographs.
• Documents to carry include: age proof, MBBS/PG/Diploma/DM/M.Ch certificates, State Medical Council/MCI registration, No Objection Certificate from current employer (if applicable), experience certificates (if applicable), and EWS/income certificates if claiming reservation.
• Selected candidates must pay a security deposit as specified in the notification and sign an agreement on non-judicial stamp paper at joining. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining.
• The ESIC reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies and to conduct any other selection process as required.
