ESIC Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for Senior Residents and Full-Time Contractual Specialists (45 Posts)

Age Details

• Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years (age relaxations as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
• Full-Time Contractual Specialist: Not exceeding 69 years as of the date of interview.

Senior Resident (Under Residency Scheme)

• Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university, registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• If PG Degree/Diploma is not available, MBBS with two years of experience (including at least 1 year in the concerned specialty) in government/private hospital (not private clinic) may be appointed on contract for 1 year.
• In super-specialty departments, if no MCh/DM is available, candidates from the parent broad specialty may be considered as per NMC guidelines.

Full-Time Contractual Specialist

• MBBS with Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university with 3 years of experience after Postgraduate Degree or 5 years after Postgraduate Diploma.
• Registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

General Instructions

• Posts are contractual with no claim for regularization/absorption in ESIC.
• Private practice is not permitted for full-time contractual engagements.
• Canvassing leads to disqualification.
• NOC from current employer required for candidates in service.
• No TA/DA for interview or joining.
• Selected candidates must deposit Rs. 10,000 (refundable after tenure) and sign an agreement on a Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper (cost borne by candidate).
• No hostel or accommodation provided. Vacancies subject to change at the discretion of the Medical Superintendent.
• Absence of 15 days without permission may be treated as abandonment of engagement.
• If a candidate resigns within 6 months, an experience certificate will not be issued.

How to Apply

• Attend the walk-in interview on 30 January 2026 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM at ESIC Hospital, Okhla, New Delhi.
• Bring pre-filled Annexure A (Bio-Data), Annexure B (Educational & Experience Details), Annexure C (Self Declaration) on the day of interview.
• Carry attested photocopies and originals of required documents (e.g., matriculation certificate, proof of age, caste certificate, MBBS/Diploma/Degree certificates, attempt certificates, valid DMC/MCI/State Registration, experience certificates, two passport-size photos, proof of residence).
• Bring a Demand Draft for the application fee (if applicable) in favour of 'ESI Fund A/c No. 01' payable at New Delhi.
• Bring one set of self-attested photocopies of identity proof, address proof, date of birth proof, educational certificates, registration certificate, internship certificate, category certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PH), etc.
