Age Details

• Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Tutor: not exceeding 68 years as on the date of interview.
• Senior Resident: not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview.

Eligibility Overview

The educational and experience criteria follow the latest NMC Gazette notification applicable to each post. Candidates must hold MBBS/MD/MS/DNB or PG Diploma as relevant to the post, along with updated NMC/State Medical Council registration. If the updated registration is not available, candidates must submit a copy of the applied-for registration at the time of interview. The notification emphasizes contract-based engagement with specific qualification requirements per post.

Application Fee

• UR / OBC: Rs. 500 (Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund Account No.1", payable at Mumbai).
• SC / ST, ESIC (Regular Employee), Female Candidate, Defence Ex-servicemen, PH Candidate: NIL (exempt). Note: The fee is non-refundable and the DD must be carried to the interview venue along with the application form.

Important Instructions

• There is no online application process; this is a walk-in offline interview.
• Candidates must carry the original application form and supporting documents, along with the original Demand Draft (if applicable).
• Reporting Time is 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the venue: Dean Office, 5th Floor, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, MIDC, Opposite MIDC Police Station, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093.
• Applications must be submitted separately for each post in the prescribed format.
• Candidates should verify eligibility and bring all required documents as listed in the notification.
• The Dean reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• If currently employed in Government/Autonomous/Statutory institutions, an NOC from the employer is preferably carried to the interview.
