Age Details

• Upper age limit: 26 years as on 18-03-2027 for all four disciplines.
• Age relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years; OBC (NCL) - 3 years; PwBD - 10 years.
• PwBD relaxation applies irrespective of post reservation if the post is identified suitable for PwBDs. Ex-servicemen with at least six months of service may deduct the service period, subject to age constraints. Maximum age after relaxations: 56 years.

Educational Qualification

• Executive Trainee (Chemical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks. Relevant branches: Chemical, Petrochemical, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Technology, Chemical Technology & Polymer Science, Chemical Technology & Plastic Technology.
• Executive Trainee (Instrumentation): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks. Relevant branches: Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Power.
• Executive Trainee (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks. Relevant branches: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Power, Electrical & Power.
• Executive Trainee (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks. Relevant branches: Mechanical, Production, Production & Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical & Automobile.

Note: Engineering Degree can be B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg. Candidates with a 5-year integrated B.E./B.Tech. + M.E./M.Tech. dual degree in the relevant discipline are also eligible. Those with an integrated B.E./B.Tech. + MBA or B.E./B.Tech. + M.Sc. are also considered, provided the final percentage meets the notified criteria. Candidates with a degree in a branch not listed above are not eligible. Only full-time regular courses from UGC-recognized/AICTE-approved institutions are acceptable.
