Age Limit

Minimum 18 years, Maximum 25 years as on 01-01-2027.

Educational Qualification by Level

• Level 5/4: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Level 3/2: 12th standard (or equivalent) OR Matriculation plus ITI/Act Apprenticeship as recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
• Level 1: 10th pass or equivalent or NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) from NCVT.

Note: Candidates awaiting final examination results are not eligible. Clerks must qualify a typing test within four years of appointment.

• Online Application Opening: 01-09-2026, 10:00 Hrs
• Online Application Closing: 30-09-2026, 18:00 Hrs
• Age reckoning date: 01-01-2027
• Sports Achievement Validity Window: 01-04-2024 to the date of notification

Educational qualification is assessed as on the date of closure of application. Selection trial dates will be announced separately.

Application Fee

• General: ₹500 (₹400 refundable to those who are found eligible and actually appear in the trial, after bank charges).
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwD/Women/Minorities/EBC: ₹250 (fully refundable to those found eligible and who actually appear in the trial, after bank charges).

• Fees are paid online via the application gateway. No edits are allowed after payment. The fee is refunded only if the candidate is found eligible and appears for the trial.

Other Instructions

• A separate application with a separate fee is required for each discipline and for each pay level applied to. Multiple applications for a single discipline or for two or more events will be rejected.
• Candidates must bring required documents and wear suitable kit for trials. Final appointment is subject to medical fitness and verification of certificates.
• Beware of touts and unauthorized agents. RRC/WR does not appoint any agents or coaching centers.
