Educational Qualifications

• Chief General Manager/General Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a government-recognized university or institute.
• Manager (Traction): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics.
• Assistant Manager (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Power Electronics/Instrumentation, or equivalent.
• Engineer - Senior Grade (M&P): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation, or equivalent.
• Engineer - Junior Grade (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation, or equivalent.

Experience

• CGM (Civil): Minimum 23 years post-qualification experience in private sector or 20 years in government bodies, with at least 17 years at executive level and minimum 4 years in SAG/GM grade (7th CPC Level-14 or IDA ₹120000-280000).
• GM (Civil): Minimum 20 years’ post-qualification experience in private sector or 17 years in government bodies, with at least 14 years at executive level.
• Manager (Traction): Minimum 9 years post-qualification in private sector or 7 years in government/PSU/Metro Rail, in planning, technical specifications, contract administration, installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance of HV/traction systems.
• Asst. Manager (Rolling Stock): Minimum 7 years post-qualification at supervisory level in private sector or 5 years in government/PSU related to rolling stock.
• Engineer - Senior Grade (M&P): Minimum 3 years post-qualification in tendering, contract administration, installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance of machines & plants in modern urban metro rail systems.
• Engineer - Junior Grade (Rolling Stock): Minimum 2 years relevant experience in planning, technical specifications, contract administration, installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance of rolling stock systems.
• Preference may be given to candidates with metro rail system experience; civil posts prefer candidates with proven project completion experience and a reference from senior management.
